Alberta Data Partnerships

Alberta Data Partnerships (ADP) is a non-profit, public-private partnership that manages and distributes Alberta’s digital mapping data. Originally established in 1995 as the Spatial Data Warehouse through a collaboration between the Government of Alberta and major data users, ADP was created to address challenges in data access, funding, and long-term sustainability.

Today, ADP works to make provincial geospatial data more accessible, accurate, and affordable. Through key agreements with the Government of Alberta and partnerships with organizations such as MNC, Altalis Ltd. and Abacus Datagraphics, ADP delivers reliable, user-focused access to Alberta’s mapping and survey data.

Cadastral Data

A filing fee model was established to ensure that cadastral data maintenance is sustainable without relying on government budgets. MNC efficiently integrates Land Titles registered survey plans into the cadastral mapping base, reducing costs and enhancing accuracy.
